Restart the current Telegram command poller. Delivery remains a separately gated daemon lane.
Dashboard and Caddy
Use these if the web surface or HTTPS edge needs a controlled reload.
Reboot machine
This disconnects the dashboard and restarts the whole VPS. Reboot confirmation cannot be disabled.
